In February 2022, we all faced new circumstances related to the Russian aggression against Ukraine.
Exactly 10 days before the attack, we moved forward with the launch of our Near Pomian 2 estate.
However, at such a moment, many responsibilities receded into the background, and priorities in selling houses in Ostroleka were completely changed.

OPTIMA HOME – WE ACT HERE AND NOW

We received many signals asking for help, including from a locality where we were co-implementing another investment.
We promptly decided to support in accordance with our principles – direct, measurable and quickly solving the current problem. That’s how 2 refrigerators were purchased very quickly for the small center – the People’s House in Kiczki.
They are the ones that have served and are serving the community’s needy residents – including its guests, whom fate has pushed to this part of the world.
We are pleased that our help was positively received, and the equipment was unpacked from the spot and installed in the place for the needy.
This period reminds us of our shared responsibility for the future of the continent, the country, but also the local community.
As an active company, we want to contribute to various positive projects that will be close to the people.
