Is it worth buying a house in Ostroleka? – Interview with a customer of the Near Pomian 2 Estate

It’s already been a year since Mr. Piotr – a customer of Optima Home, who bought a new house in Ostroleka. We check how he is living in the segment purchased at the Blissful Pomian 2 estate, on Sunflower Street. In a short conversation with Mr. Peter, among other things, we sought answers to the question of whether he is satisfied with the purchase of an investment in Optima Home. Is it worth buying a house in Ostroleka?

What convinced you to buy a property specifically from Optima Home?

As a professional in construction supervision, from the beginning I was keen on high quality workmanship and modern solutions that allow low operating costs. Optima Home meets these requirements, including the use of solid materials, well-planned thermal insulation and proper management of the estate infrastructure, which was key. In addition, the space around the building and the quiet neighborhood gave me confidence that this would be the perfect place for me and my family.

What emotions did you feel during your first visit to the settlement?

Already during my first visit I was impressed by the fact that Optima Home has taken care not only of the quality of the buildings, but also of the entire area. I saw a cohesive, well-thought-out estate, where the space is arranged in an aesthetically pleasing and functional way. I was sure it would be a good place to live.

What was the key factor that helped you decide to buy property in Ostroleka?

Our horsepower is reliable construction in repeatable quality. We care about the high standard of workmanship of our investments, so we use only materials from proven manufacturers that meet European standards. We source from local companies in Ostrołęka, and select materials in consultation with an engineer and technologist. How would you rate the comfort of living and the availability of green areas in the neighborhood of the development?

The price of the house includes all the basic costs associated with the purchase of the property. In addition, there will be notarial costs, as well as costs associated with finishing the apartment. Notarial costs are about PLN 5 thousand (the cost of the developer’s agreement and the ownership transfer agreement), while the cost of finishing depends on the individual project. In addition – with multi-family developments – parking and garage spaces and a share in the land may be sold separately.

Could we ask you to evaluate the quality of the investment execution as an expert in the construction industry?

Of course. I must admit that Optima Home has done a really solid job. Very good materials were used in the buildings, especially impressive thermal insulation and window joinery with great parameters, which translates into real lower heating costs, thermal and acoustic comfort of the interior. In my opinion, this is an investment made with great care and attention to detail. The quality of workmanship is at a level that certainly meets high standards both technically and in terms of aesthetics or functionality.

What was your experience with the process of receiving the keys and starting a new phase of life?

The process of receiving the keys was very professional – I felt well taken care of at every stage. The entire team was helpful, and all the paperwork was resolved quickly and efficiently, making the move-in process stress-free.

How do you evaluate your decision more than a year after buying and living there?

It’s been over a year now, and I can confidently say that it was a great decision. Thanks to the quality of the construction of the buildings, operating costs are lower than I expected, and the estate remains as peaceful and friendly as it was at the beginning. In addition, Optima Home delivered on its promise to make the internal road from pavers, which added to the aesthetics and orderliness of the estate. I feel that I have found a place that provides everything I expected. I can see that Optima Home really cares about its residents and keeps its word.
